Pozole - Pozole is a soup made with hominy, which is processed corn with the germ removed, and meat, traditionally pork. It's also often made with chicken, especially for those who don't eat pork. The stew is seasoned with a combination of spices, and it's typically topped with garnishes like radishes, avocados and lime juice.

South African Lamb Stew (Bredie) - Bredies are simple, satisfying South African mutton stews in the Cape Malay tradition. The most popular are green bean bredie, tomato bredie and cabbage bredie. The recipe here is for a basic bredie of mutton, potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Brazilian fish and coconut milk stew (Moqueca) - Moqueca, sometimes spelled muqueca, is a simple yet tasty Brazilian seafood stew from Bahia state. As with many of the dishes of Bahia, moqueca shows strong African roots.

Italian chickpea and pasta soup - Minestra di ceci is a simple and nourishing soup from the Tuscan region of Italy. It goes together quickly and is great for a rainy day.

Tuesday – Serengeti Nacho’s - $8.00 – Gluten Free and Vegetarian
A combination of some of our Mexican products and a hearty amount of cheese. Tortilla chips will be made in house for a more authentic flavor.

Wednesday – SLR Meats Honey Garlic sausage on a fresh bun and Country Ketchup – $8.50
SLR Meats has provided us with a very tasty honey garlic sausage which we will serve with a fresh bun, stonewall kitchen country ketchup, caramelized onions and a side of coleslaw.

Thursday – Toni’s Shepherds Pie - $10.00
We will be using locally sourced hormone free ground beef, organic vegetables and rounding it off with my oh so delightful beef gravy. Buttery mashed potatoes on top and right at the end we sprinkle on some Parmesan.

Friday – Beef Taco’s - $10.00
These delicious beef tacos are sure to be a hit with everyone – they're crunchy and messy, great for a Friday Fun Day Lunch Option!

A Curry Curry marinade instead of a peri peri marinade, fragrant with South African east coast specials. Curry, lime and green chillies. Served with South African pap (Maize Meal) butter, salt and pepper.

Wednesday – Irish Stew - $10.00

A traditional Irish stew is the backbone of Irish food. It is a delicious, hearty and filling dish loved around the world.

Thursday – Italian Fried Rice with Artichoke hearts and mozzarella – Vegetarian – 10.00

A non-traditional Italian dish but packed with tons of flavor.

Friday – Double Cheese Mac and Cheese with Tenish Farms Local Bacon - $10.00

When you're in the mood for a meaty, savory comfort-food classic, Shepherds Pie is the perfect choice.

Tuesday – Zavioli with Spinach and Ricotta – Vegetarian

A low-carb take on ravioli. Thin strips of zucchini are stuffed with a classic (lean) filling and pesto, topped with tomato sauce and cheese, then baked.

Wednesday – South African Chicken Potjie (Stew)

There is absolutely nothing more beautiful and enjoyable than a traditional chicken potjie. Comprised of layers of chicken and vegetables cooked in a cast iron pot for that out door cooking taste.

Thursday – Mexican Bean Salad – Vegetarian and Gluten Free

A colorful, spicy, and refreshing bean and corn salad.

Friday – Asparagus quiche

A delectable combination of ingredients that result in a tasty quiche dish.
